POSITION SUMMARY:  This local financial office in Edmonton, Alberta, is looking for an outgoing individual to join their team as Client Relationship Administrator.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  This position provides an opportunity to apply creative flair through communicating with existing clients, and using analytical skills in marketing research and promotion. Responsibilities include:

  • Personalized, face-to-face, online and by phone contact with clients and prospective clients
  • Campaign management
  • Client relations and retention strategies

JOB INFORMATION and QUALIFICATIONS:  Previous financial services and sales success in a direct selling environment is a definite asset, and previous networking, and advertising sales experience is ideal; however, not essential.  Most importantly this company requires an individual that is enthusiastic, has strong organization and communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow.  Time management and computer skills are a must.

The successful candidate must have a strong customer service focus with a keen eye for detail.  As in any career, your positive attitude and ability to work effectively will be the key to success.
